1. Wick: Trim your wick to 1/4" and keep it at this length. This will allow a nice, clean, brighter burn. Leaving the wick untrimmed can lead to smoky stains around the flass of the candle.

2. Lighting: Allow your candle to burn for 4 hours on the first time lighting to ensure an even burn. Candles should burn one hour for every 1 inch in diameter of the actual candle size. For example, a candle that is 2 inches across should burn for 2 hours. If a candle is not burned for long enough to allow the wax to liquefy or to melt from edge to edge of the container, it will create a “memory ring.” Once a candle has a “memory ring,” it will continue to tunnel for the life of the candle.

3. Keep the candle away from moving air. Open windows, air conditioners, and fans can cause the flame to mess up resulting in soot to form. Moving air can also create a larger problem like fire accidents.

4. Putting a candle out: Use a candle lid, snuffer or wick dipper to extinguish the flame and take the oxygen away.

Returns: Please contact us at spiritualinfusion1111@gmail.comwithin 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault. 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
