If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at spiritualinfusion1111@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Returns: Please contact us at spiritualinfusion1111@gmail.comwithin 5 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 5 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. We do not offer returns due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This candle is dope! The candle is beautiful. It smell smells wonderful. After the candle was burning for a few minutes the energy in my space felt warm but light. The candle was shippes in beautiful packaging surrounded by black and gold paper. She also sent me stickers and a heart shaped crystal. I feel blessed. It was worth the investment. I ended up ordering two candles with my first order, and I absolutely love the smell of the candles. They smell incredibly amazing. Not only that, but I love the fact that we can pick our own scent, and I intuitively picked ocean breeze for my evil eye infusion candle, and I have it lit today and set my intentions into it. I love how much time and energy she has put into making her candles. They are absolutely beautiful and magical.
I absolutely love this candle, I light it while doing a cleansing bath, or feel like I need extra protection and it hardly has put a dent it in, last a while and smells so potent I got the frankincense and myrrh and it’s so good.
